1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the sce67 platform (the "Platform"), including all associated games, betting markets, promotional features, and account services, you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and sce67 (the "Company", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the sce67 platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updates to these terms shall constitute your acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The sce67 platform is strictly intended for adults. To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as players.

sce67 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of any bonus funds held in the account.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Creating Your Account

To access the full range of features available on the sce67 platform — including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account with sce67 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 3.2 Account Security

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

sce67 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from a payment account belonging to a third party will be reversed and the relevant account may be suspended. sce67 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities obtained for the purpose of gambling.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are available to verified account holders only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 hours for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. If a deposit was made via bKash, the withdrawal will be directed to the same bKash number. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and fraud.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the sce67 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no hidden currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your gaming wallet, and the amount you withdraw is the amount transferred to your nominated payment account, subject to applicable processing times.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on the sce67 platform are subject to the specific rules published for each game or market. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with those rules before placing a bet or spinning a reel. sce67 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.

By placing a bet on sce67, you acknowledge that the outcome of all games is determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by real-time events (in the case of live sports betting and live casino). sce67 does not manipulate game outcomes. All games from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi are independently tested for fairness.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on sce67 — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, and kabaddi — are subject to the following conditions:

• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted. Odds may change after placement; such changes do not affect already-placed bets.

6.3 Responsible Bet Placement

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the sce67 platform, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or amended by the player. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming your wager. sce67 is not liable for bets placed in error by the player.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sce67 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or play while under the age of 18.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one sce67 account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your sce67 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before closing your account, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed. Remaining real-money balances will be returned to your nominated payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• sce67 is required to do so by a lawful authority or regulatory body.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the sce67 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall user interface — is the property of sce67 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The sce67 name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sce67 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the Platform without prior written consent from sce67.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used in connection with the Platform.
• Use any automated tool to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform.
• Frame or embed any portion of the Platform within another website or application without written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds resulting from wagering outcomes
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity failures
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security
• Decisions made by sce67 in the exercise of its rights under these Terms & Conditions

sce67 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time.

11 Amendments to These Terms

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. sce67 aims to address all player complaints promptly, fairly, and transparently.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. If you have a complaint about the sce67 service that has not been resolved to your satisfaction after following our complaints procedure, you may seek further recourse through appropriate channels available to you under applicable law.
